Hello, I’m David.
I’m a software engineer based in the Netherlands, currently working at Track 32, a computer vision company, where I build and deploy AI services with AWS. My work focuses mostly on deploying AI services, cloud infrastructure, databases, and building scalable systems. My main goal is to make software simple, elegant and fault-tolerant.
I write mostly Python professionally, with some TypeScript. On my own time I mostly lean toward Rust and enjoy exploring languages like Elixir, Zig, Ocaml.
I enjoy contributing to open source in my spare time. For more details, see my projects page.
Outside of work, I also help maintain the website for a local housing corporation in the Netherlands.
